The Field Install Team

Do you have what it takes to be a member of this tight knit group?

It takes a certain type of person to be on our field team. They're on the road every week of the year and work in some of the coldest and wettest weather New England dishes out. But they also get to be in some of the most beautiful locations during the prettiest and perfect days of the year.

We’re always on the lookout for people who love to work with their hands as well as their minds. Especially if you're passionate about building timber frames with high performance thermal envelopes.

While carpentry experience is always a plus in a Field Installer, what really matters is your motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a close-knit team. If you have basic tools, a tool belt, and a valid driver’s license, you’re ready to get started!

As a member of our Field Team, you'll travel around the northeastern U.S., erecting timber frames and SIPs. It's a demanding but rewarding job. You will work with a dedicated team that works quickly and takes pride in their work.

If you think you have what it takes to join us, we’d like to hear from you.
