The plans we showcase here are owned by designers that we partner with frequently. The thoughtful design that went into these plans can save you from mistakes and costs inherent with developing a set of design plans from scratch. These plans are an economical way to start from a design that has been built many times.
These timber frame home plans can be modified (with the exception of Bite the Frost designs) as needed to achieve your vision. These designers have years of experience working with timber frames, which allows them to intuitively weave timbers and SIPs into floorplans that create buildable, energy efficient, and comfortable livable spaces for your family.
