• Architectural Plans/Sketches with dimensions if you have them OR
• The architectural style (cape, saltbox, contemporary, colonial)
• Dimensions of the building footprint
• Wall or ceiling heights
• The height of the eave for contemporary and shed roofs
• The roof pitches
• Loft size (if any)
• Height of the knee walls (if any)
• Exterior Elements (dormers, covered porches, awnings, etc.)

SIP Information

• Which foam core: EPS or GPS
• SIP thickness for walls and/or roof
• The roof pitches
• Length of the roof overhang beyond the wall
