I cannot say enough great things about Vermont Frames, their staff, their framers, or the specific people I’ve worked with there. They spent at least 40+ hours on the phone with me, answering all my questions about their frames, their process, and their approach – all before I signed any purchase agreement with them. I never visited them or one of their homes, never met them in person, never called previous clients – I just knew from our discussions they weren’t going to sell me a frame and leave me hanging.

Over the 2 years I spent building my dream house, they answered every call, every email, and every question without hesitation, and always with a note of encouragement and support. 4 years later, I’d do it again in a heartbeat, and they’d be the first people I’d call to get started. They treated me and my home like their reputation depended completely on it, and every person that enters my house for the first time praises their craftsmanship without fail.
