We take pride in crafting beautiful timber frames wrapped with our energy saving Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). We’re always on the lookout for people who love to work with their hands as well as their minds. Especially if you're passionate about building timber frames with high performance thermal envelopes.
While carpentry experience is always a plus for a field or shop position, what really matters is your motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a close-knit team. If you have basic tools, a tool belt, and a valid driver’s license, you’re ready to get started!
While we occasionally have roles open up in our shop in Starksboro, we usually start new employees on our Field Team, traveling around New England, erecting our Timber Frames and SIPs.
